John M. Daly, Managing Member

Manor Private Capital was formed in 2009 by John M. Daly. Mr. Daly has three decades of experience originating, structuring and placing debt and equity securities with institutional investors. He has raised USD billions of capital for private investment funds, corporate issuers, and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Daly has served as Managing Member of Manor Private Capital since its formation in 2009. Since 2015, Mr. Daly has also served as Director of Investor Relations at Northern Shipping Fund Management.

From 2001-2008, Mr. Daly was Managing Director and Head of U.S. Private Placements at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. Prior to Macquarie, Mr. Daly served as Vice President at JP Morgan Securities, Inc. where he worked from 1987-2001. Throughout his career, Mr. Daly has specialized in raising capital from institutional investors for private investment funds, corporate issuers and project financings globally.

Mr. Daly graduated with a JD from the Cornell Law School, an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University, and a BA from Georgetown University.
